If your KU Card has been lost or stolen, it must be deactivated
immediately via the Kyou portal
(login, click the "Finances" tab and then choose the "Report your KU Card lost or
stolen" link), or by calling the Card Center at 785-864-5845 (during
business hours). You may also go to the Card Center (M-F, 8:00am-4:00pm)
to deactivate your card.
