- Make a deposit into your student’s Beak ‘Em Bucks account using the same main login page as students, at https://sa.ku.edu.
- All authorized users will enter PAYER as the KU Online ID and payer9* (both case sensitive) as the password.
- Click on 'Manage Account,' then click on 'Payment/Account Inquiry/KU Card.'
- Enter the Payer Key provided by the student, then the student's 7-digit KU ID. (Please note: the student’s 6-digit ID number will not work.)
- To make a deposit, click on the yellow 'Make A Payment/Recharge KU Card' button on the Account Summary Screen. This connects you to a secure payment system.
- Select ‘Recharge KU Card’ which will take you to the ‘Campus Card Summary’ page.
- Select ‘Add Funds’ and enter the amount and the method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to have any pop-up blockers disabled or the proper screens will not open when trying to make a payment. To disable the pop-up blocker, press the "Ctrl" key as you click on the "Make A Payment/Recharge KU Card' bar.
